Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: June 11, 2026
This is Part B of the Kovelo Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy. ← Part A — Terms of Service
1.Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are not permitted on Kovelo. It protects users, Kovelo, and the third-party providers whose models we route to (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, etc.). Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
2.Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.
- Generate or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
- Create malware, conduct intrusions, or attempt to breach the security of any system.
- Produce content that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against others.
- Generate fraud, spam, phishing, or deceptive impersonation.
- Develop weapons, or content that materially facilitates serious physical harm.
- Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or technical restrictions.
- Resell access in violation of these terms, or abuse the API.
- Violate the usage policies of the underlying third-party model providers.
3.Compliance and Regional Restrictions
Access may be restricted in certain regions to comply with law and provider requirements. You agree not to misrepresent your location (e.g., through VPNs or proxies to bypass regional blocks) or use the Services to evade lawful restrictions.
4.Reporting and Enforcement
Report abuse to support@kovelo.ai. We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including content removal, account suspension, termination, and reporting to authorities where required.
5.Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time, posting the updated version with a new date.
